Field Service Engineer

• Knowledge of IFPD, Digital Signage, LED Wall, HDMI Matrix and HDMI Extender basic operation
• PC installation and configuration
• Android device installation and configuration
• Co-operate with LED engineer on site to setup and config LED Wall (training will be provided)
• Provide telephone and on-site technical support for end user
• Provide on-site after sales service including parts replacement

• Form 5 or above, 1 year experience required
• Fluent Cantonese, able to read & write Chinese, able to read English
• Knowledge of LED hardware, PC and Android hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.

• Annual leave
• Bank holidays

• Monday to Saturday: 09:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 5 - day work week
• 9 hours per day

• HKD $18,000 – $28,000 per month (depending on experience)
