...About the CompanyOur client company is a reputable property developer with strong presences in Hong Kong and across the region. With continuous property development in Hong Kong, they are now looking for high calibre sales & marketing professional to join their dynamic team as Senior Officer - Sales & Marketing for their Hong Kong residential development projects.About the RoleDirectly reporting to team head, you will be managing full cycle of sales and marketing activities of the residential portfolios in Hong Kong. You will be conducting feasibility studies and market research, assessing residential development prospects, monitoring market trends, and overseeing the design phase. This involves initiating sales strategies, coordinating with various stakeholders for documentation, compliance, and marketing materials, as well as managing sales events and promotional activities.About the Requirement

Around 3 to 5 years relevant experiences in property sales & marketing industry
Sound knowledge of the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
Strong track record of mass-residential Hong Kong project experiences
Good communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in both English and Chinese
Attention to details, dynamic and flexible mindset
Degree holder in Business Administration/ Surveying (or equivalent)
Candidates with more experiences may be considered as Assistant Manager - S&M
