The priority is to understand and enhance the guest experience through end-to-end execution that delivers profitable sales growth.Key ResponsibilitiesRegular review and tracking sales performance through creating timely and accurate weekly/ monthly sales report and analysis.Deploy effective stock replenishment, stock consolidation to maintain optimal stocksClosely work with HQ team and provide fully support on the system maintenance including item master, order upload, by store allocation.Keep track on the shipment status with sourcing team & warehouse capacity to securedelivery within schedule.Manage daily merchandise related tasks, such as defectives, wrongly shipped etc.Requirements3 years or above experience in Retail of Apparel and Footwear industrySensitive of Business trend and strength of product knowledgeHigh Diploma or above in Textile/Fashion Design, Business Management or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experienceExpertise in negotiation, problem solving and multi-taskingProficient in MS Office (especially Excel & Power Point) Working seniority and experienceGood command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and EnglishWe offer competitive remuneration package, medical scheme, dental plan, life medical, discretionary bonus and good career prospect to the right candidate.
