- Handle communications with media and external organizations;
- Assist in reviewing promotional materials submitted to senior management, head office and media on a daily basis;
- Participate in daily brand promotion projects, identify event highlights, draft press releases, and coordinate follow-up publicity;
- Assist in managing official accounts on major social media platforms;
- Collaborate across departments to develop reputation risk response plans for various scenarios and organize simulation drills;
- Assist in identifying, analyzing, monitoring, and reporting daily reputation risk incidents;
- Assist in the management of official documents and records,handling the daily distribution,circulation,and filing of official documents;
- Degree holder or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications or reputation risk management;
- Candidates with excellent written communication skills will be prioritized;
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
