Assist in the development and execution of a structured KOL/KOC/KOE strategy to build a network of brand advocates and content creators
Support influencer identification, vetting, onboarding, and engagement in line with campaign objectives and brand positioning
Coordinate the planning and delivery of advocacy-led campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with brand tone and values
Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and content quality to support continuous improvement
Campaign Support & Event Coordination
Provide support on the planning and execution of lifestyle-driven marketing campaigns and brand activations
Assist with logistics and coordination for selected brand events, including liaising with agencies and suppliers, preparing materials, and supporting on-site delivery
Ensure campaign assets and messaging are implemented consistently across relevant channels
Content Development & Digital Collaboration
Contribute to the creation and curation of engaging lifestyle content for social media and digital platforms in collaboration with the in-house team
Ensure all content produced by partners and advocates is in line with brand guidelines and communications objectives
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of marketing and community initiatives
Provide regular updates and reporting to the Senior Manager, supporting planning and decision-making
Support administrative and operational needs related to campaign and partnership management
What we're looking for
Minimum of 6 years' experience in marketing communications, influencer engagement, or community management, preferably within the hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or related sectors
Hands-on experience in managing KOL/KOC programmes or content-based influencer marketing initiatives
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content development, with a good eye for lifestyle storytelling
Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is an advantage
Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline
A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on execution and delivery
