My client is a well-known energy company seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Business Partner to join their team in Hong Kong. The HRBP will play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management, driving HR initiatives, and fostering a high-performance culture within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, providing HR insights and solutions to drive performance and organizational effectiveness.Partner with managers to identify talent needs, develop succession plans, and implement strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development.Foster a positive work environment by implementing employee engagement initiatives, conducting surveys, and facilitating feedback mechanisms.Support the performance management process by coaching managers on effective evaluation techniques and development planning for employees.Facilitate change initiatives by providing guidance and support to leaders and employees during transitions, ensuring smooth implementation of new processes or structures.Ensure that HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated, implemented, and adhered to across the organization.Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and capabilities aligned with business objectives.Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess trends, inform strategy, and drive improvements in HR processes and practices.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred.8+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner role, with solid knowledge of operations.Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leadership.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in HR metrics and reporting.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
