- Minimum 5 years of experience in staffing or professional development within a law firm or professional services environment
- Law degree preferred, with experience in talent management and career coaching
- Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English are essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and firm systems
- Willingness to work extended hours and travel
