Aurex Group is partnering with a forward-thinking organization that fosters a collaborative hub for cutting-edge research and development to seek for a Talent Development and Employee Culture Manager to join.Responsibilities:
  • Develop talent strategies, including competency frameworks, leadership training, and employee development programs.
  • Establish guidelines for recruitment, performance, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to address talent gaps and align strategies with business goals.
  • Support career growth to prepare future-ready talent.
  • Identify skill gaps through training needs assessments.
  • Create and deliver training programs (leadership, technical, soft skills).
  • Manage e-learning platforms, workshops, and certifications.
  • Partner with vendors and experts to enhance training.
  • Measure training impact using KPIs and feedback.
  • Implement engagement initiatives like surveys and wellness programs.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Organize events and feedback sessions to boost morale.
  • Analyze survey data to drive improvements.
Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or Business.
  • Minimum 5+ years in talent management, L&D, or HR with engagement focus.
  • Strong facilitation and instructional design.
  • Skilled in HR analytics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership.
  • Familiarity with LMS and HRIS tools.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders.
