- Support career growth to prepare future-ready talent.
- Identify skill gaps through training needs assessments.
- Create and deliver training programs (leadership, technical, soft skills).
- Manage e-learning platforms, workshops, and certifications.
- Partner with vendors and experts to enhance training.
- Measure training impact using KPIs and feedback.
- Implement engagement initiatives like surveys and wellness programs.
- Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Organize events and feedback sessions to boost morale.
- Analyze survey data to drive improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or Business.
- Minimum 5+ years in talent management, L&D, or HR with engagement focus.
- Strong facilitation and instructional design.
- Skilled in HR analytics.
- Excellent communication and leadership.
- Familiarity with LMS and HRIS tools.
- Ability to influence stakeholders.
