Hospital : Princess Margaret HospitalPay : HK$23,725 - HK$30,244 (HGPS Point 7 - 11) per month including Monthly AllowanceUp to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.Key Responsibilities:1. To lead/supervise teams of supporting staff in providing business support services in the following areas: domestic services, linen exchange services, security and carpark management services, transportation services (including NEATS), waste management, green management, emergency support, environmental safety, occupational safety & health etc.2. To assist seniors to plan and monitor the services (including outsourced services) as appropriate.3. To assist seniors to plan the trainings for Hospital Accreditation.4. To handle incidents during any emergencies and disasters and to prepare necessary logistics, reports and documentation.5. Liaise with other department heads and service contractors in the day-to-day provision of services and to monitoring of service quality regularly.6. To handle staff issues including:l duty rosters, planning and maintaining staff records;l staff discipline and performance monitoring;l staff orientation and training.7. To keep stock of materials, store items and other equipment items.8. To assist monitoring security guarding services, crowd control, traffic control, handling of workplace violence cases, etc (for the post in Foreman & Security Office only).9. Any other duties as assigned/required by supervisors.Entry Requirements:1. (a) 3 years' satisfactory service in the HA, or(b) 2 years' supervisory experience in hospitals, hotels, cleansing service, facilities management or other related services/ industries.2. Have shown the potential to lead and supervise staff.Preferable attributes:1. Experience in staff supervision and management would be an advantage.2. Good knowledge and work experiences in hospitality industry, property management, housekeeping services, hospital supporting services or NEATS.3. Ability to read and write Chinese and simple English, and speak fluent Cantonese.4. Knowledge in computer applications including use of emails, Excel, Words or Chinese word processing.5. Good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills.6. Pleasant and mature personality.Remarks:1.
