Finance Business Partner ManagerResponsibilities:

Collaborate with product, operations, treasury, and business development teams to develop and refine pricing models, transaction fees, custody, redemption, and payment services.
Monitor key pricing and costing metrics such as transaction margins, cost per transaction, fee structures, acquisition costs, and profitability by product and customer segments.
Conduct scenario analyses to assess the impact of market volatility, regulatory changes, and competitive pricing on revenue and cost structures.
Partner with compliance and risk teams to ensure pricing and costing strategies adhere to regulatory requirements and risk policies related to virtual assets.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize pricing competitiveness, manage costs, and maximize revenue streams from stablecoin operations.
Facilitate communication and information sharing between finance and business units on pricing and cost performance.

Requirements:

8+ years of relevant professional experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering in a global public company; Bank, FinTech, cryptocurrency and blockchain experience is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. CPA/CFA preferred.
Independent, detail-minded and committed to work
Capable to work in a challenging, fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
