Job Responsibilities:Design System Development: Collaborate in establishing a design system that provides a seamless design workflow experience for our internal teams.Alternative Flow Creation: Develop alternative user flows or take care exceptional cases in response to happy paths provided by the Product Owner, ensuring a comprehensive approach to user experience.Requirements Translation: Work hand-in-hand with Business Analysts to translate requirements into effective flowcharts and prototypes, facilitating clear communication and understanding.Customer Journey Mapping: Analyze and design comprehensive customer journeys and site maps (both current and future states) to improve user experience.Collaborative Support: Partner with internal teams on research, mapping, experience design, and design planning to support ongoing projects and initiatives.Creative Asset Development: Analyze journey maps with the business team to propose solutions, and create best practice low-to-medium fidelity assets (e.g., storyboards, wireframes, mock-ups, clickable prototypes) that effectively articulate customer and agent experiences.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Digital Interaction, UI/UX Design, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design, specifically in digital interaction for mobile apps and websites.Proven ability to design for both web and mobile applications (iOS and Android).Strong experience in gathering user requirements, preparing design proposals, and delivering impactful design solutionsProficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.User-centric mindset with experience in conducting design research activities.Detail-oriented with strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese and Mandarin.Candidates with less experience may be considered for a UI/UX Designer position.
