- Plan and implement the activation plan for new campaigns/product launches on the approved trade/category marketing strategies aligned with brand and sales team for the responsible category/products in the market.
- Closely monitor on the market/channel performance, analyse variations from plan and recommend and implement remedial action as appropriate.
- Control and optimize trade marketing expenditure within agreed limits and agreed upon plans.
- Execute and evaluate all local marketing activation programs at trade level.
- Understand the overall purchase path & provide shopper insight to sales team for category development and support all shopper activation.
- Lead the cross functions collaboration such as sales, regulatory, demand planning, logistic etc. to push through the process to ensure the integrated execution of the plans.
- Manage and drive the good quality of agency work for BTL activities.
- Ensure that internal/external compliance requirements are met for Consumer healthcare Hong Kong, associated policies are developed, deployed and effectively managed/complied with, including but not limited to Code of Conduct, ABAC, Fair Competition and Data Privacy.
- Promptly report adverse events received from interaction with customers or consumers during field visit, sales meeting or call, sales events, or other sales activities
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing & Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years trade marketing experience within FMCG industry, with proven track record of achievements
- Experienced in new product launch and driving large scaled communication campaign at trade level. Good understanding of modern trade and drug store practice.
