My client is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented IT Support Officer to provide Level 1 to internal users. The successful candidate will be fluent in Cantonese and English, and capable of resolving a wide range of IT issues while ensuring excellent service delivery.Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, E-Mail, or ticketing system.
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Support Microsoft Office 365, Windows OS, and enterprise applications.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions in the service management system.
Assist with user account management, including password resets and access provisioning.
Participate in IT projects, system rollouts, and patch management.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with users to maintain high satisfaction.

Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or a related field.
4 years of experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 IT support in a service desk or technical support environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, and basic networking.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English (spoken and written).
