We need a smart and all rounded Customer Service Executive like you to join us - an Asia Pacific's Precious Metals Leader!Key Responsibilities:Customer Inquiry Management: Address customer inquiries of Wholesales and Retail across various platforms professionally and efficiently.Service Excellence: Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service, ensuring thorough product knowledge and support.Operational Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless operations, ensuring customers receive timely updates on orders and shipments.Project Engagement: Participate in ad-hoc projects to enhance the customer service department's contributions to the company's success.Your education is important.
