Provide hotline, technical and onsite support to users
Classify incident types & determine priority level
Dispatch calls to the right support group
Update and close tickets
Troubleshoot and fix desktop related problems for users
Provide end-user support for desktop applications
Perform software upgrade / installation / configuration
Perform IMAC service
Provide hardware maintenance support and work with 3rd parties if required
Update call status, provide suitable finding to customer internal support or 3rd parties

Requirements:

Diploma in IT or above
At least 1-2 years experience in IT support
Polite and easy-going
Good communication skills
