Job ResponsibilitiesProvide helpdesk support for hardware & software, computer installation & setup, Email setup & support for computer or mobile device, basic printer setup & support (MS Office, mobile devices, etc.).Troubleshooting and problem solving for both IT Hardware and Applications in a timely manner. Escalate issue and involve experts whenever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible.Maintain IT asset and software licensing inventory and IT knowledge base.Manage network infrastructure, ensuring smooth connectivity and security across locationsAssist in IT internal project(s) / maintenance according to Global IT teams’ direction.Complete related administrative paperwork and reports as necessary.Support business applications, overseeing email and internal systems to maximize efficiencyWork closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions that meet business needs with project management skillPerform ad hoc duties as assignedQualifications and RequirementsHigh diploma in IT or related discipline. Equivalent work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.1 year's solid experience in IT Helpdesk support is a plus, and we also welcome fresh graduatesGood experience with hands on user support, familiar with general desktop software e.g. MS Office, Windows, Mac, NetworkingExperience with Microsoft 365 products support such as Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint,Organize and independently priorities work and logically develop work plans.Self-motivation and team player with good attention to details.Positive, "can-do" attitude, self-starter with strong organizational skills.Strong analytical skills and logical thinking mindset.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Work effectively under pressure during peak operating periods.Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.We are also welcomeImmediate availability is highly preferredWe offer competitive remuneration commensurate with the candidate's background.
