- Business Development & Strategy: Identify growth opportunities and execute marketing strategies to meet business targets.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and implement campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., ATL, BTL, social media, PR) to acquire and retain SME customers.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and compliance with regulations.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Track campaign results, manage budgets, and support sales performance reviews.
- 5–8 years of experience in business banking or marketing, preferably with branch operations exposure.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, marketing, and customer segmentation.
