
Manager, HR Business Partnering (Swire Programmes)

- Collaborate with business leaders to understand organisational goals and align Hong Kong head office and programme staff with these objectives
- Implement talent management strategies with operating companies, focusing on retention and employee development
- Provide guidance on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution and employee grievances
- Support organisational change initiatives and help employees navigate transitions
- Identify skills gaps and development needs through conversations with Programme staff and operating companies
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, company policies, and procedures
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
- Lead or participate in strategic HR projects, such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
- A Bachelor's degree, with at least 8 years in HR experience, preferably in a business partner role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development
- Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders and manage HR operations in a dynamic environment
- Excellent business acumen with a track record of aligning HR strategies to organisational objectives
- Proficiency in HR information systems, performance management software, and HR technology platforms
- Competency in data analytics tools, business intelligence, and data visusalisation tools to interpret HR metrics and support informed decision-making
- Experience leveraging digital tools for HR strategy creation, team management, and budget tracking
- The ability to use online collaboration tools to promote communication and information sharing among stakeholders
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English; additional language may be advantageous
