Our People Department is now inviting candidates to apply for the following position:Manager, HR Business Partnering (Swire Programmes)As the Manager, HR Business Partnering (Swire Programmes), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Programme staff. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic guidance on talent management and employee engagement, driving business success. This dynamic role requires a deep understanding of HR principles, strong business acumen, and the ability to seamlessly align HR strategies with our organisational goals.Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business leaders to understand organisational goals and align Hong Kong head office and programme staff with these objectives
Implement talent management strategies with operating companies, focusing on retention and employee development
Provide guidance on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution and employee grievances
Support organisational change initiatives and help employees navigate transitions
Identify skills gaps and development needs through conversations with Programme staff and operating companies
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, company policies, and procedures
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews
Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
Lead or participate in strategic HR projects, such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives

To be successful in this role, you must have:

A Bachelor's degree, with at least 8 years in HR experience, preferably in a business partner role
Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development
Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders and manage HR operations in a dynamic environment
Excellent business acumen with a track record of aligning HR strategies to organisational objectives
Proficiency in HR information systems, performance management software, and HR technology platforms
Competency in data analytics tools, business intelligence, and data visusalisation tools to interpret HR metrics and support informed decision-making
Experience leveraging digital tools for HR strategy creation, team management, and budget tracking
The ability to use online collaboration tools to promote communication and information sharing among stakeholders
Excellent command of both spoken and written English; additional language may be advantageous
