Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled NOC Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime. This role requires a commitment to working in a 24/7 environment.Key Responsibilities:Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.Respond to network incidents and outages promptly to minimize downtime.Troubleshoot and resolve network issues across various technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, etc.).Perform regular maintenance and updates on network devices and systems.Collaborate with other technical teams to implement changes and upgrades.Document incidents, resolutions, and network configurations.Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during off-hours as needed.Assist in network capacity planning and performance tuning.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in a NOC or network support role.Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, SAWAN, etc.).Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SMAX).Experience with firewalls, routers, and switches (Cisco SDWAN preferred).Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, etc.) are a plus.Ref ID: 57097Location:hong kong, HK, HKBusiness Unit: Commercial GroupFull Time/ Part Time: Full TimeJob Function: TechnicalFeatured Job Category::
