- Recruitment: Lead and manage recruitment processes for various departments, ensuring the hiring of top talent.
- Compensation & Benefits: Handle offer packages, appraisals, salary reviews, and manpower planning (headcount adjustments).
- HR Operations: Stay updated on labor laws, including MPF offsetting, compensation reviews, and tax-related matters.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws in the China and Southeast Asia markets is a plus.
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an MNC or large-scale organization.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, compensation, and HR operations.
- Familiarity with labor laws in Hong Kong (knowledge of China and Southeast Asia markets is an advantage).
