It offers top-up bachelor degree programmes to VTC’s Higher Diploma graduates and other sub-degree holders in collaboration with overseas universities. Applications are now invited for Term Executive Assistant II post at SHAPE.Major Duties:(a) To provide support in one or more of the following areas:
(i) general / course administration;
(ii) student affairs and student admissions;
(iii) supplies and stores administration;
(iv) human resources administration;
(v) course promotion or event organisation; and
(vi) data input and filing duties;
(b) To assist in website maintenance; and
(c) To draft simple correspondence and handle enquiries.Requirements:(a) (i) Level 2 or above in 5 subjects, including English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination, or equivalent^; OR
(ii) Level 2 / Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE); OR
(iii) Diploma of Applied Education + Maths Plus / Diploma Yi Jin + Mathematics / Project Yi Jin; OR
(iv) A recognised Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate / Diploma of Foundation Studies; OR
(v) A recognised Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above.
- Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2 / Passing 5 specific VTC’s Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification.
(b) Good command of English and Chinese, preferably with knowledge of Putonghua ;
(c) Proficiency in the use of computer software applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Chinese word processing;
(d) Good communication, interpersonal and organisation skills;
(e) Detail-minded, able to work independently and be a good team player;
(f) Candidate(s) who possess knowledge / skills in Adobe software, e.g. Illustrator and Photoshop, would have an advantage; and
