- Offering independent assessments on strategic alignment and feasibility of business concepts.
- Overseeing and prioritising change initiatives against objectives, budgets and resources.
- Providing guidance and proposing solutions on project governance and workstreams management.
- Business growth initiatives
- Enhancements to the propositions for retail, wholesale and institutional clients
- Scale and efficiency initiatives
- Regulatory and compliance initiatives
- Support the delivery of the APAC business strategy through close partnering with the regional senior leadership.
- Assist senior management on planning, execution, and reporting of initiatives.
- Deliver a varied portfolio of work, including programme and project management, analytical assessments, cross-functional coordination, and strategic planning and resource management.
- Manage change initiatives as part of a team or independently, as required.
- Some travel may be required.
- Experience in a project management role, ideally within management consulting or the financial services industry.
- Ability to understand business needs to effectively lead, coordinate, and deliver change initiatives for regional stakeholders.
- Ability to structure problems and apply analytical tools to propose solutions.
- Ability to analyse, identify, and close gaps in business requirements.
- Ability to work independently to drive strategic change initiatives with tight deadlines.
- Strong client management skills, including executive-level communication and presentation.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, with a "can-do" attitude and result-oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Teams) and other project management tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English. Any other language would be beneficial.
