- Answering customer enquiries and complaints by phone and email
- Providing accurate product/marketing/service information to clients
- Taking orders and providing after sales service
- Maintaining a professional and good image to customers on providing business services
- No shifting is required and 5 days’ work week
- Good communication and written skills in English, Cantonese;
- Good in Microsoft Office preferred, PC literate and able to type fast.
- Good team player with positive attitude and modesty, good time management and organization skills
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to take on can-do attitude
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, responsible and patient
- Able to work under pressure with good problem solving skills
- Form 5 standard, 1 year relevant work experiences in Front desk/Admin or Contact Center would be an advantage
