- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Collaborate with HQ and local brand team to ensure alignment on branding and messaging.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage product lifecycle marketing, including seasonal campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate with sales teams to optimize product visibility and performance.
- Coordinate with demand planning team to ensure all sellable and non-sellable SKUs are on a optimal stock level.
- Plan and execute brand events, including product launches, pop-ups, influencer gatherings, trade shows, customers VIP events and in-store retailtainment.
- Liaise with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event evaluations.
- Drive ROI, engagement and brand awareness through experiential marketing.
- Assist in developing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Support PR and influencer outreach initiatives if necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in skincare, beauty, or FMCG.
- Proven track record in product marketing and event planning.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
