- Craft and implement holistic engagement strategies that inspire and connect employees across Hong Kong and international locations.
- Translate company vision, values, and strategic direction into meaningful experiences through multi-channel engagement plans and signature events such as leadership summits, town halls, and quarterly briefings.
- Reinforce a culture of appreciation through thoughtfully curated recognition programmes and celebratory initiatives.
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of high-impact employee events, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and brand standards.
- Provide expert consultation and support for department-led initiatives to enhance employee connection and morale.
- Continuously explore new approaches to enhance engagement, leveraging insights, feedback, and analytics to refine programmes and measure impact.
- Develop and maintain toolkits, guidelines, and best practices to enable consistent and scalable execution across teams and regions.
- Manage team budgets and contribute to strategic planning and resource allocation processes.
- Assist in any adhoc tasks if required
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With 10 years of experience in Events and Marketing Communication, and/or Employee Engagement
- Solid experience in planning sizeable events
- Proven track record on formulating engagement strategies
- Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in stakeholders management, vendor coordination and budget management
- Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
