- Spearhead and execute robust digital marketing strategies to boost business expansion, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer acquisition.
- Design and implement data-informed marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, including but not limited to the company website.
- Track website performance using analytical tools and provide actionable, data-driven insights for optimization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create and roll out marketing initiatives, encompassing audience segmentation, content development, and performance evaluation.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing, actively sharing expertise and insights with the team.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese (proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage).
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing strategy, project management, or campaign execution, with preference for expertise in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, website management, advertising, or digital marketing agencies.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms such as Drupal, as well as tools like Adobe, Canva, Google Analytics, and similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data effectively.
- Exceptional project management and communication abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting engaging content.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Quick grasp of business models, sales strategies, and customer segmentation.
- Proven track record of aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives and business growth goals, delivering integrated campaigns that drive revenue.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that support lead generation, sales pipeline acceleration, and customer acquisition in partnership with sales teams.
- Demonstrated understanding of sales processes and business development approaches, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance the sales funnel through marketing efforts.
