Provide technical support and troubleshooting for services running on AliCloud, including ECS, OSS, RDS, VPC, SLB, Function Compute, and more.
Monitor cloud infrastructure and respond to incidents, alerts, and service degradation issues.
Assist in provisioning, configuration, and optimization of cloud resources on Alibaba Cloud
Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and service restoration.
Maintain and update documentation related to system configurations, standard procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Work with Alibaba Cloud technical support and account managers to resolve advanced infrastructure issues

Requirement Details:

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
At least 2 years of experience in a cloud support or system administration
Hands-on experience iin Linux/UNIX system administration
Proficiency of Alibaba Cloud platform services and architecture, VPC, NAT Gateway, VPN, SLB, PrivateLink etc.
Familiarity with cloud monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudMonitor, ActionTrail)
Scripting skills in Shell, Python, or PowerShell
