- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for services running on AliCloud, including ECS, OSS, RDS, VPC, SLB, Function Compute, and more.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure and respond to incidents, alerts, and service degradation issues.
- Assist in provisioning, configuration, and optimization of cloud resources on Alibaba Cloud
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and service restoration.
- Maintain and update documentation related to system configurations, standard procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Work with Alibaba Cloud technical support and account managers to resolve advanced infrastructure issues
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
- At least 2 years of experience in a cloud support or system administration
- Hands-on experience iin Linux/UNIX system administration
- Proficiency of Alibaba Cloud platform services and architecture, VPC, NAT Gateway, VPN, SLB, PrivateLink etc.
- Familiarity with cloud monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudMonitor, ActionTrail)
- Scripting skills in Shell, Python, or PowerShell
