
Senior IT Support Engineer (30K - 40K x 13 Months + 2 Days WFH)

- Provide IT deskside support for hardware, software, and basic network issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, audio devices, and other hardware.
- Manage user accounts in O365 and mobile devices, etc.
- Collaborate with the rest of the IT team to resolve technical problems and escalate issues when necessary.
- Set up new workstations and assist with software installations for existing/new employees.
- Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions.
- Address urgent IT requests from VIP users to ensure minimal disruption.
- Associate degree or above in Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
- Proficient in spoken and written English; and currently an existing Hong Kong Permanent Resident is a must. Proficient at Cantonese speaking would be advantageous.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT support or relevant roles.
- Good understanding of infrastructure support and relevant technogies including but not limited to O365, Active Directory, Window OS, Intune,Network, VPN, Server, Video/Audio etc..
- Prior experience in using a ticketing system for managing and solving IT support requests.
- Good understanding of hardware (such as laptops and mobile devices) and software installation via MECM/SCCM.
- Good communication skills and manner, as well as good problem-solving skills.
- Open-minded and willing to learn and pick up new technologies if needed
