Key AccountabilitiesCollaborate closely with Sales team to identify potential customers and drive such opportunities from customer’s request, problem statement, initial requirements towards successful deal closing.Work closely with customers, Sales team, product vendors and service partners to prepare proposals/presentations/statement of work (SOWs) and respond to RFIs/RFPs by articulating STE value proposition against the customer defined requirements and propose winning solutions.Perform, lead and support demonstrations and proof of concept (POC) to customers that showcase STE unique value proposition and the proposed solution’s technical feasibility.Act as a trusted advisor to Sales team and customers to deliver a successful business value proposition and achieve high level of customer satisfaction; Engage our clients throughout the sales lifecycle – starting from capturing the client technical and business requirements, select suitable technology stacks, recommend technical solution, scope the required project resources, scope effort estimation.Articulate alternatives in terms of cost, benefit, and risk where multiple options are required to meet customer’s requirements.Business travel when required.Perform other job responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.Key CompetenciesDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject with at least 5 years of related presales working experience in System integrator, Cyber Security industry or ITSM experience prefer.Strong understanding and good knowledge in Telcom or ITSM or Cyber Security solutions.Qualifications & SkillsPreferably to have project experience in multiple network technologies including Cisco ,Fortinet or other NG Firewall, Network automation , SOC or ITSM..…etc.CCNP / CCIE / CISSP certificate highly preferredProven analytical and problem-solving abilities.Able to act independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.Good presentation skills, interpersonal and customer interface skills, able to socialize and engage with customers, partners, and project stakeholders.Pro-active and strong motivation for picking up latest technology trends and solutions.Willing to travel business trip (Mainland China / APAC region)Bilingual language ability.We offer competitive remuneration package, 5-day work, 14 days annual leave, medical allowance to right candidates.
