This role is perfect for a Gen Z fresh graduate or early-career creative with a passion for pets, digital media, and the latest AI tools. You will manage WnP’s social media channels, create engaging content that resonates with today’s pet parents, and experiment with AI-driven tools (like ChatGPT, OpusClip, and other creative AI apps) to craft innovative campaigns.Key Responsibilities● Social Media Management○ Own and grow WnP’s presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging Gen Z platforms.○ Develop engaging, pet-centric content that reflects WnP’s brand voice: joyful, inclusive, and community-driven.○ Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral challenges to create culturally relevant and shareable content.● Content Creation & Storytelling○ Produce short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) optimized for “hook-value-CTA” engagement.○ Repurpose long-form videos and user-generated content into bite-sized, viral clips.○ Capture authentic moments with pets and pet parents to highlight lifestyle, wellness, and fun.● AI-First Creative Innovation○ Use AI tools to brainstorm, script, edit, and optimize content.○ Experiment with new ways of integrating AI-driven personalization (e.g. avatar pets, interactive quizzes, conversational posts).○ Collaborate with the AI Office team to test innovative campaigns across channels.● Community Engagement○ Actively engage with WnP’s online community — respond to comments, repost UGC, and foster two-way conversations.○ Work with local pet influencers and micro-creators in Hong Kong.○ Bring WnP’s physical community events (e.g. grooming launches, adoption days) into digital storytelling.Who We’re Looking For● Background : Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or related field — OR equivalent experience in content creation, social media, or creative work.● Experience : Fresh graduate to 3 years of relevant experience.
