Job Description:Provide general administrative support to the departmentActing as a point of contact, handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionallyAssisting with budgeting, invoicing, and expense reportingManage special projects and initiatives as assigned by managementAssist in organizing meetings and company events with required logistics, including catering arrangements, venue set-up and guest invitation, etc.Monitoring inventory levels of office supplies and placing orders as needed to maintain efficient operations.Support for front desk duties, including greeting visitors and guests, handling enquiries, managing the meeting room bookingConduct regular visual inspections to ensure the operation is in alignment with company standardsMonitor the planned preventive maintenance program and handle emergency support on office facilitiesOther ad-hoc duties assignedRequirementsDiploma holder or above with relevant working experienceStrong time management and problem-solving skillsAbility to deal with all members of an organizationGood interpersonal and communication skillsGood PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word ProcessingGood command of spoken & written English and ChineseWe offer highly motivated remuneration package.
