This award-winning international law firm has a strong presence across Asia Pacific and operates more than 30 offices globally. The firm advises both Chinese and international clients on a broad range of legal matters and maintains a stable, well-established business. They are currently seeking a trilingual Business Development and Marketing Executive to join their team.Description
- Prepare tailored pitch materials and manage bidding portal accounts for Asia offices, especially for Chinese SOE proposals.
- Format and maintain capability statements, practice profiles, matter lists, and bios for client and internal use.
- Support implementation of Asia business development plans and assist with cross-selling initiatives.
- Contribute to PR campaigns, thought leadership, and internal communications including newsletters and client alerts.
- Organize webinars, seminars, and receptions; promote events through internal and external channels.
- Coordinate legal directory submissions and award applications for Asia offices.
- Maintain deal databases, update lawyer bios and website content, and support CRM data accuracy.
- Assist with other ad hoc projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in marketing or business development, preferably within a law or professional services firm.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
- Chinese typing skills are essential.
- Proficiency in MS applications, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Positive working attitude, ability to multitask, and perform under pressure.
