Manage and optimize the brand’s key social media platforms and DTC website promotions.Content Creation
Integrate product details, promotional campaigns, and industry insights to ensure platform content remains fresh, engaging, and aligned with brand identity.Plan and implement promotional strategies
Plan and execute social media and in-store marketing strategies, including content planning, campaign ideation, and community engagement, to boost fan interaction, increase followers, and drive conversion rates.Performance Analytics & Optimization
Track and analyze key metrics (likes, comments, shares, conversion rates), leveraging insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.Qualification:1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in social media operations, e-commerce promotion, or retail marketing.
3. Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in Cantonese & English (full professional proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Mandarin(working proficiency in listening and speaking required).
5. Strong copywriting skills, capable of creating engaging content tailored to different platforms.
6. Preferred:Proficiency in design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design.7.Data-driven mindset–ability to analyze metrics (Google Analytics, social media insights) and optimize strategies accordingly.
8.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
