- Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive Public Relations, Media, and OTO Advertising strategies to support mall-led events, seasonal festivities, joint promotions, and tourism-related campaigns for Harbour City.
- Initiate and negotiate collaborative opportunities with business partners (tourist or trade organization/payment partners/hotels etc) and retail tenants for event promotions and maximize publicity.
- Take up a part in managing retail events, including planning, execution, and post-event evaluation to assess effectiveness and ROI.
- Support the management team by preparing business reports and compiling market intelligence related to PR, advertising trends, and broader business development needs.
- Provide strategic direction and creative input to guide team members in the execution of marketing programs from concept to completion.
- Periodically review and advise management on PR and advertising performance tracking methodologies, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in reporting and analysis.
- University graduates in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 12 years relevant working experience, preferably with a background in PR agencies / publications / tourism marketing / managing PR for large corporations or public organizations.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills in both written and spoken English & Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Willingness to work during some of the festive holidays to ensure smooth delivery of events as required.
