The incumbent will provide administrative support in assistance of daily operation in a property management office in Discovery Bay. Duties included but not limited to frontline customer services, back-office administration work, residents-related or staff-related documents and handle procurement procedure etc.Responsibilities:
  • Assist Seniors supervising team to provide logistic support for documentation and tender exercise
  • Back up Counters for Customer Services
  • Coordinate various applications from Residents
  • Prepare and consolidate various management reports
  • Provide procurement support and deliver customer services and administrative support, including various office system and logistic assistance
Requirements:
  • Minimum with 5 years relevant experiences; At least 2 years of experience in supervisory role
  • Proven experience in Customer Services
  • Detailed -oriented, patient, and strong listener with effective leadership skill
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks, working under pressure and tackle complaints effectively
  • Adaptable and willing to take up ad hoc responsibilities or challenges
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Good command of PC
Less experience will be considered for the post of Officer - AdministrationWork Location: Discovery Bay
