
Assistant Manager - Total Rewards (1-Year Contract)

- Key contributor to the delivery of cyclical compensation activities including annual compensation review, survey participation, salary benchmarking, compensation reporting, etc.
- Support in developing long-term objectives for compensation strategies and benefits programs in line with Group and APAC guidance.
- Contribute to the delivery of cyclical benefit activities including benefits renewal, benefits inventory, etc. in partnership with HR Operation and HRBP teams.
- Support in designing, recommending, and implementing benefit and wellness programs. Analyze and evaluate the current benefits efficiency and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on the reward projects such as HR compliance matters, Workday implementation, Internal grading, company's benefits package, compensation, and merit process by working with stakeholders on communication.
- You will be required to lead some rewards projects/processes, as assigned.
- You shall be an university degree holder, preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- You shall acquire at least 5 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources field, with experience in compensation benchmarking, annual benefit renewal process, preferably from Retail/ FMCG industry.
- You are able to handle highly confidential information with discretion and maturity.
- You have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- You will gain an advantage if you have experience on HRIS transformation projects and experience of partnering with Mercer and Comptify.
