- Assist the Maintenance Team Head in Leader performing his/her duties
- Propose the Maintenance Team Head any new technology or solutions in streamlining the provision of the Toll Collection Services
- Conduct twenty-four hours monitoring of the functionality of Free Flow Tolling System ("FFTS") every day
- Provide preliminary diagnosis and arrange appropriate remedy to minimize service disruptions
- Advise on the design and implementation of the custom and commercial-off-the-shelf software, provision of physical infrastructure to support FFTS tolling service and interface to other inter-provider clearing operations
- Assist on establishment of a technical and business interface with a third party provider of back office services that will provide all customer relation management services and enforcement operations
- Organize support, troubleshooting, and repair for IT equipment and networks
- Monitor online security for users and networks and take appropriate steps to address security breaches if necessary
- Assist on establishment of detailed documentation for various systems
- Communicate with various Team Heads/Team
- Conduct 24 hours monitoring Applications Status and Network (Shift duty is required)
- Connectivity to ensure FFTS services in proper operations
- System support for Backup office operations and Fields equipment
- Troubleshoot, install, and fix computer system hardware and software of all types
- Travel to Fields locations to fix various hardware and software problems and perform inspection, installations and updates
- Perform preventative maintenance on hardware systems and network equipment to prevent errors
- Holder of university degree in computer science, information system, information security or equivalent discipline.
- At least four years relevant post-qualification full time working experience in information systems security domain, implementing IT security solutions, digital security methodologies and deployments.
- Certifications attain one or more of the following qualifications:
- CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional
- CISA - Certified Information Systems Auditor
- CEH - Certified Ethical Hacker
- CCSP - Certified Cloud Security Professional
- Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum one year experience in service operation areas; Experience on call Centre or customer service would be advantage
- Hands-on experience SQL or CRM is an advantage
- Sound computer skills and knowledge of MS Office tools
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
