- Alignment of HR & IT Project activities across multiple concurrent projects, to ensure effective and efficient communication and interaction with key stakeholders and vendors, also across project teams.
- Cross-Project/ Team Planning & Governance : Responsible for working with the project and workstream leads across different concurrent projects to:
- Assess workload/ impact for cross-project activities impacting the same stakeholders,
- Align timelines for these activities involving the same stakeholders across multiple projects,
- Identify dependencies and possible timeline/ planning issues,
- Escalate risks with suggested mitigation steps
- Ensure adherence to company project management standards.
- Cross-Project/ Team Status Reporting:
- Track deadlines, deliverables, resources, issues/ risks and timelines across concurrent projects.
- Conduct project team meetings to track status and identify/ resolve issues.
- Ensure project documentation and supporting materials are kept up to date and archived in a structured manner by the responsible project leads/ team members.
- Collaborates closely with the Head of Program – Employee to manage and monitor IT project costs and budget. Provides timely project budget status.
- Responsible as a project manager for timely and quality delivery of specific initiatives.
- Support Project Team Members with completing detailed project tasks when necessary.
- Facilitate the organising of Project Meetings – e.g., F2F wkshops, testing workshops (on-site or virtual), etc
- University degree
- PMP certified or similar desirable
- At least 8 years’ work experience as a Project Manager/ PMO for Global/ Regional/ Multi-country initiatives, preferably related to regional/ global initiatives.
- Experienced in managing end-to-end project life cycles and leading multiple concurrent projects involving multiple internal/ external, local/ global stakeholders.
- Experienced working at a Global/Regional/Local level (with multiple countries)
- Experience in HR systems or processes in a Global or Regional capacity is preferred but not a must.
- Strong project management/ coordination skills, preferably within a regional/ global context
- Solid project management experience with advanced analytical ability, good judgment, and strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in English.
