The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of IT experience, including 3+ years managing HR technology platforms. This role is responsible for leading and supporting the delivery of HR technology projects across our global operations.As an Assistant Manager, Enterprise Applications, we rely on you to:Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Manage the end-to-end development and delivery of new HR System implementation, modules, features and change requests
  • Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into clear, actionable technical specifications.
  • Document current ("As-Is") business processes and define future-state ("To-Be").
  • Ensure optimal solutions are proposed and aligned with business goals through thorough documentation and requirement validation.
  • Conduct code reviews and contribute to development tasks when necessary, including writing test cases.
  • Collaborate with internal and external developers to ensure solution integrity and quality assurance.
  • Lead and participate in system integration testing (SIT) and UAT cycles; ensure prompt resolution of application issues or defects.
  • Ensure final deliverables meet the documented requirements and support production deployment efforts.
  • Coordinate across project teams, HR stakeholders, and external vendors to manage timelines and dependencies.
  • Prepare and execute SQL queries to extract, analyse, and validate HR data for operational reports and issue resolution.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by leadership.
Systems Implementation, Support & Compliance
  • Support HR system implementations, including configuration, unit testing, integration, UAT, and go-live activities.
  • Administer and maintain HR applications to ensure availability, data integrity, security, and compliance with evolving business requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between HR teams, technology teams, end users, and third-party vendors to deliver effective solutions and ongoing support.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, user manuals, and training content to support adoption and process standardization.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies related to HR technology and data privacy.
We are looking for someone who:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an accredited university.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in IT, including:
  • 5+ years in business analysis roles, and
  • 3+ years in a lead role managing HR technology applications.
  • Proven experience with one or more major HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft).
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, reporting, and issue analysis.
  • Solid understanding of core HR functional areas such as Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation, and Learning.
  • Experience with relational databases, data modeling, and ETL processes.
  • Exposure to reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel Power Query.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse, cross-functional, and global stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
  • Hands-on experience in solution design, architecture, and software development, including participation in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Development experience with low-code platforms and Microsoft technologies.
  • Practical experience in implementing industry-standard HRIS solutions
