Responsibilities:Manage full spectrum of HR and Administration functionsSupervise the administration team to ensure smooth operations on company assets, facilities renovation & maintenance, equipment management, budgetary control in warehouse/shops/officeOversee the operations of HR including payroll, MPF, taxation, manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefit, commission scheme, bonus scheme, performance management, etcProvide strategic advice to the top managementAny ad hoc assignmentRequirements:Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines5 years or above managerial experience in HR & Administration, preferable in retail industryWell versed with HK labour ordinance and employee compensation ordinanceResponsible, detail-minded, proactive, positive attitude and good interpersonal skillsGood command of both written and spoken English and ChineseImmediate available is preferredAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
