- Be part of the management team to jointly realise Stewards mission.
- Lead the HR team on the full spectrum of HR & Administrative management covering general administration support, compensation & benefits, recruitment, performance management, staff engagement, retention, office renovation & maintenance etc.
- Ensure all HR policies comply with labour laws and regulations, staying current with legislative changes.
- Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and best practices.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- A serving heart with the passion to implement Stewards mission.
- Holder of Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- At least 10 years' experience in HR and administration field & at least 5 years in supervisory role.
- Well-organized, self-motivated, proactive, analytical and work independently & willing to take up challenges with "Can-do" attitude.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, flexibility and problem-solving skill.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
- Proficiency in MS applications and HRMS.
- Previous experience with NGO is a definite advantage.
