Responsibilities:Lead the department in formulating and implementing strategic plans for Air Conducting and Ventilation productsDevelop and execute the annual business plan and budget , ensuring alignment with strategic goals to meet the financial targetsCreate comprehensive product plans that detail strategies for product line-up, pricing, sales channels, and marketing for both current offerings and future innovationsOversee and manage Purchase , Sales and Inventory processes including issuing purchase orders to factoriesDevelop sales tools and execute marketing initiatives such as events and advertisements to promote products effectivelyPlan and implement multiple sales campaigns to maximize revenue and market reachManage rebate programs to incentivize salesCommunicate with factories and provide technical support to sales team regarding product specifications and featuresRequirements:Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration or Marketing Management or Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Air Conditioning);Minimum of 8 years management experience in strategic planning, business development, sales and/or product marketing specifically within in the Air Conducting Products field split-type AC and VRFStrong understanding of AC retails and distribution industries along with insights into customer needs in Hong KongFluent speaking in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
