Providing secretarial support to the Director of Public Affairs;
Supporting the Director of Public Affairs in office administration, coordination and liaison with internal and external parties at various levels;
Handling budget matters and preparing regular budget status and regular office reports;
Providing clerical and logistic support to the University’s events;
Providing general administrative and logistic support to the daily operations of the Office; and
Undertaking any other duties as assigned by the Director of Public Affairs or his/her nominees.
CandidatesCandidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
At least 5 subjects with Level 2 or above in HKDSE, including English & Chinese languages and Mathematics;
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in secretarial duties, handling budget matters, general administration and event support;
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (preferably in Putonghua as well);
Good knowledge of computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing;
Proficiency in WordPress, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage;
Good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, and attention to details;
Self-motivated, fast learning and able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility and can-do spirit; and
Flexible and willing to work outside office hours when required.
