- To answer phone calls from public, inculding gerneral enquires, billing and technical issue
- Handling enquires in publicity activities held outdoor occasionally
- Responsible on data entry, like customer contacts, enquiries, applications and complaints
- Refers enquires and complaints to specific sections and divisions to as appropriate for follow up actions and obtain and advise the concerned enquirers/applications/complainants of the updated information about the processing of the enquiries/applications/complaints
- Prepare written operational and monitoring reports
- Five subject passed or above in the HKDSE/ HKCEE
- At least 1 year working expereience
- Able to speak fluent Cantonese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is necessary
- Able to communicate in writing Chinese and English
- Working Experience in hotline customer services as an advantage
- Good at Chinese and English typing and basic computer knowledge, Chinese typing speed faster than 20 words per minute
- 10 % Gratuity
