Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the primary care segment across Hong Kong.Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities, providing insights to guide sales strategies.Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and other stakeholders to enhance product visibility and adoption.Collaboration:
