- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and the team
- Assist in preparing and reviewing annual and interim reports
- Coordinate flight arrangements and travel logistics for executives and staff
- Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparation
- Maintain and update company records and filing systems
- Support ad hoc projects as required
- Bachelor degree with minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Prior experience working in a listed company or similar corporate environment, with basic understanding of annual and interim reporting processes
- Excellent organizational and flight arrangement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
