Administration Officer (up to 25K, double pay)

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and the team
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing annual and interim reports
  • Coordinate flight arrangements and travel logistics for executives and staff
  • Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparation
  • Maintain and update company records and filing systems
  • Support ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree with minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Prior experience working in a listed company or similar corporate environment, with basic understanding of annual and interim reporting processes
  • Excellent organizational and flight arrangement skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
