Understand guest preference and provide quality service
Greet VIP / Club guest and bit farewell
Provide a smooth check in and check out experience, as well as F&B services to guests
Handle inquiries and collect feedback from guests
Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to Hotel's policies and procedures
Supervise The Club & Guest Relations operation and workflow to maximize guests' satisfaction
We are looking for someone who has:
Minimum 3 years of experience at the Front Office/ Guest Relations in world class service Hotels
Customer-oriented and self-motivated independent individuals
Strong leadership skills and communication skills
Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
