IT Manager
Job ResponsibilitiesSystem developmentLead upgrades and maintenance of the company's system to deliver high-quality services and solutionsOversee end-to-end IT operations including helpdesk support, data entry processes, backup management, etcOverall planning & projectsManage annual IT budgets and procurement plans.Deliver and align solutions with business goals to ensure outcomes are realized and improve business performanceEstablish and enforce IT policies compliant with healthcare regulationsWork with senior management and business unit heads to identify improvement initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to cope with business requirements with proper resources allocationManage IT team and outsourced vendor to execute IT initiatives / projects and to ensure deliverables are meeting with expectation and required standard, confer with vendor and internal departments, evaluate procedures and processes, negotiate and manage SLAsInfrastructure & securityManage on-premises/cloud infrastructure (servers, virtualization, and storage) to ensure uptime for critical medical systemsIdentify security vulnerabilities and eliminate them with strategic solutions that increase data safety, implement risk assessments, and disaster recovery drillsLeadership and ManagementMentor and develop the IT team, fostering cross-functional collaboration
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldMinimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, and/ or programming, IT operations, and/ or end-user support, with proven expertise in managing technical staff and vendors to deliver enterprise-scale IT servicesStrong problem-solving, management, and analytical skills in areas such as LAN/WAN, Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, server and virtualization platforms, storage/container solutions, disaster recovery management, and backup solutionsKnowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, DICOM) preferableHolder of certifications such as MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, VMware, public cloud certifications, AWS/Azure a significant advantageProficiency in diagnosing IT incidents and problems to minimize system downtime and ensure user satisfactionFamiliarity with cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurityStrong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholdersOrganized, strong planning and time management skills, able to work under pressureWe adopt a 5-day work week and offer an attractive remuneration package to the right candidate.
