About the companyA highly reputable global hardware company with healthy financial position and worldwide sales, is seeking an experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join their Internal Audit department.About the roleIn this role, you will be reporting to the APAC lead of Internal Audit, based in Hong Kong with frequent travel across Asia, you'll play a key role in delivering impactful audit and consulting engagements that add real value to the business.Responsibilities

Handle and execute risk-based internal audits and consulting engagements across the Asia Pacific region.
Perform planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up tasks for assigned audit projects.
Analyse business processes, test internal controls, and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare clear audit documentation, including findings and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gain agreement on corrective actions and timelines.
Conduct investigations into irregularities and help develop fraud prevention procedures.
Travel frequently to manufacturing sites in Mainland China, Vietnam, and other regional locations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
3+ years of audit experience, preferably within manufacturing sector and operational audit.
Risk and Advisory candidates from Audit Firms are welcome.
Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with teams at all levels.
Willingness to travel frequently across Asia Pacific regions.
